Lam Yea and her two older brothers live in a small village of Panchagarh with their parents. Her father is mentally challenged from birth and is unable to work. Her mother, Bilkis, takes care of them and works on fields as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Otol and his older sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother, aunt and uncle. His father passed away from cancer when he was a baby. His mother, Shova, takes care of them and works as a vegetable farmer to provide for the family.

Pramanikpara Government Primary School

Habibur and his older sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother, grandmother and maternal uncle. His father left them when he was a baby and does not keep in touch. His mother, Halima, takes care of them and depends on his uncle, who works on farms as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Sourob and his two older siblings live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother, grandparents, aunt and uncle. His father passed away from a brain stroke when he was a baby. His mother, Rubina, takes care of them and depends on the donations of extended family members to provide for them financially.

Only students who are currently enrolled in Government Primary Schools and fall under any
of the following criteria are eligible to apply
for scholarships

Disabled Father

Student's father is physically unable to work

Single Mother

Student's father is deceased or has abandoned the family

Orphan

Both parents are deceased or have abandoned the child
