Mim Akter, Class 2

Pamuli Bhulipara Government Primary School

Mim lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her mother, grandmother, aunt and uncle. Her father passed away from a stroke when she was a baby, leaving her mother to take care of her by herself. Her mother, Fatema, works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Shahidul Islam, Class 4

Kaliganj 2 Government Primary School

Shahidul and his two siblings live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother and grandparents. His father passed away from cancer recently. His mother, Farida, takes care of them and depends on the donations of extended family members to provide for them financially.

Aksana Begum, Class 5

Bojrapara Government Primary School

Aksana and her younger sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their parents. Her father is physically disabled as he was born both deaf and mute and is unable to work. Her mother, Mena, takes care of them and works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Dola Akter, Class 3

Notunbandar 1 Government Primary School

Dola and her older brother live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother. Her father passed away from an undiagnosed illness when she was a baby, leaving her mother to take care of them by herself. Her mother, Tanzina, works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Ashik Hossain, Class 2

Bhaulaganj 1 Government Primary School

Ashik and his older brother live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother. His father passed away from a heart attack when he was a baby, leaving his mother to take care of them by herself. His mother, Gorna, works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Sumaiya Akter Tonni, Graduating batch 2025

Baruapara Government Primary School

Tonni and her two siblings live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother and grandmother. Her father left them when she was a baby and does not keep in touch. Her grandmother, Tomija, takes care of them and depends on her mother, who works on fields as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Scholarship Eligibility

Only students who are currently enrolled in Government Primary Schools and fall under any
of the following criteria are eligible to apply
for scholarships

Disabled Father

Student's father is physically unable to work

Single Mother

Student's father is deceased or has abandoned the family

Orphan

Both parents are deceased or have abandoned the child
