Shreshtha Moni Joyita, Class 5

Alowakhowa Government Primary School

Shreshtha lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her grandparents and two aunts. Her father passed away from a heart attack when she was a baby, while her mother left to start a new family soon afterwards. Her grandmother, Basanti, takes care of her and works alongside her grandfather as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Rowshonabagh Government Primary School

Mimfa lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her mother and grandmother. Her father left her when she was a baby to start a new family and does not keep in touch. Her mother, Rena, takes care of her and works as a tailor to provide for the family.

Mukta Akter Muskan, Class 3

Dahukgucchogram Government Primary School

Muskan lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her grandparents. Her parents separated when she was a baby and her father left to start a new family, while her mother does not keep in touch. Her grandmother, Khursida, takes care of her and works on farms as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Boiragigochh Government Primary School

Monju and his two siblings live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother. His father left them when he was a baby and does not keep in touch. His mother, Malaka, takes care of them and works as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Mehedi Hasan, Graduating batch 2025

Shingroad Dakkhin Khalpara Government Primary School

Mehedi and his older sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their grandmother and two uncles. His parents separated recently and his father does not keep in touch, while his mother left to start a new family. His grandmother, Jasna, takes care of them and depends on his uncle, who works on farms as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Guagram Government Primary School

Juthi and her older brother live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother and aunt. Her father passed away from cancer when she was a baby. Her mother, Mabia, takes care of her and depends on her older brother, who works as a shopkeeper to provide for the family.

Scholarship Eligibility

Only students who are currently enrolled in Government Primary Schools and fall under any
of the following criteria are eligible to apply
for scholarships

Disabled Father

Student's father is physically unable to work

Single Mother

Student's father is deceased or has abandoned the family

Orphan

Both parents are deceased or have abandoned the child
