Moni Akter, Class 5

Bhaulaganj 1 Government Primary School

Moni and her two siblings live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother. Her father passed away from blood cancer when she was a baby, leaving her mother to take care of them by herself. Her mother, Achhma, works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Ashik Islam Arif, Class 4

Chandanbari Government Primary School

Ashik lives in a small village of Panchagarh with his mother, grandparents, aunt and uncle. His father passed away from an undiagnosed illness when he was a baby. His grandfather, Alamgir, takes care of him and depends on his uncle, who works in a sewing factory to provide for the family.

Eti Rani Rai, Class 2

Garura Government Primary School

Eti lives in a small village of Thakurgaon with her parents and older sister. Her father is physically disabled as he was born with paralysis in his right leg and hand and is unable to work, while her mother is also intellectually disabled due to severe malnutrition. Despite these challenges, her mother, Bitika, takes care of them and works as a day laborer on nearby fields to support them financially.

Shatpaki Dakkhin Durgapur Government Primary School

Robiul and his older sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their parents. His father is mentally challenged from birth and unable to work. His mother, Ramasha, takes care of them and works on fields as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Scholarship Eligibility

Only students who are currently enrolled in Government Primary Schools and fall under any
of the following criteria are eligible to apply
for scholarships

Disabled Father

Student's father is physically unable to work

Single Mother

Student's father is deceased or has abandoned the family

Orphan

Both parents are deceased or have abandoned the child
