Arjina Tabassum, Class 3

Shalmara Bhitorgor Government Primary School

Arjina lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her mother, aunt and grandmother. Her father passed away from an undiagnosed illness recently. Her mother, Laili, takes care of her and works on farms as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Mohammad Al Adol, Class 2

Shalmara Bhitorgor Government Primary School

Adol lives in a small village of Panchagarh with his grandparents. His parents separated recently and left to start new families of their own. His grandmother, Banu, takes care of him and depends on his grandfather, who works on farms as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Mohammad Minhaj, Class 5

Banglabandha Government Primary School

Minhaj lives in a small village of Panchagarh with his father and grandparents. His mother passed away from an undiagnosed illness when he was a baby, while his father has been physically disabled since suffering from tuberculosis and losing function in both of his hands. His grandmother, Hapiza, takes care of him and depends on his grandfather, who works as a shopkeeper to provide for the family.

Mahfuj Ali, Class 4

Fotuapara Government Primary School

Mahfuz and his two older sisters live in a small village of Panchagarh with their parents. His father is physically disabled as he was born mute which limits his ability to provide for them. Despite these challenges, his father, Monsur, works on fields as a day laborer to provide for the family.

Rittika Akter, Class 5

Debiganj Model Government Primary School

Rittika lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her grandparents. Her parents separated when she was a baby and left to start new families of their own. Her grandmother, Samina, takes care of her and works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Borsha Akter, Class 4

Guagram Government Primary School

Borsha lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her mother and grandmother. Her father left her when she was a baby to start a new family and does not keep in touch. Her mother, Bilkis, takes care of her and works in a nearby mill to provide for the family.

Mosammot Farhamoni, Class 3

Notunganj Government Primary School

Farhamoni and her older sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother and grandparents. Her father left them when she was a baby to start a new family and does not keep in touch. Her mother, Asma, takes care of them and depends on her grandfather, who works as a rice farmer to provide for the family.

Alam Hossain, Graduating batch 2025

Sonahar Bondorpara Government Primary School

Alam lives in a small village of Panhhcagarh with his mother. His father succumbed to his illness when he was a baby, after suffering from long term paralysis, leaving his mother to take care of him by herself. His mother, Hosnera, works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Hasnur Rahman, Graduating batch 2025

Banglabandha Government Primary School

Hasnur and his older sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their mother and aunt. His father passed away from an undiagnosed illness recently, leaving his mother to take care of them by herself. His mother, Hosneara, works as a day laborer breaking stones to provide for the family.

Scholarship Eligibility

Only students who are currently enrolled in Government Primary Schools and fall under any
of the following criteria are eligible to apply
for scholarships

Disabled Father

Student's father is physically unable to work

Single Mother

Student's father is deceased or has abandoned the family

Orphan

Both parents are deceased or have abandoned the child
