Rubi Akter, Class 4

Amlahar Government Primary School

Rubi and her older sister live in a small village of Panchagarh with their parents. Her father has been paralyzed since suffering from a stroke recently and is unable to work. Her mother, Lailie, takes care of her and depends on her older sister, who works as a cook in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Sabina Akter, Class 4

Amtola Kazipara Government Primary School

Sabina lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her mother. Her father passed away from cancer when she was a baby, leaving her mother to take care of her by herself. Her mother, Mohsena, works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Sree Mithun Roy, Class 4

Bamuniya Barbisha Jamalpara Government Primary School

Mithun lives in a small village of Nilphamari with his older brother, aunt and cousins. His mother passed away from an undiagnosed illness when he was a baby, and his father passed away soon afterwards due to heart problems. His older brother takes care of him, and together with his aunt, works on nearby farms as day laborers to support the family.

Moni Rani, Class 2

Bamuniya Barbisha Jamalpara Government Primary School

Moni lives in a small village of Nilphamari with her maternal grandparents, three aunts and one uncle. Her father left her when she was a baby to start a new family and does not keep in touch. Her grandmother takes care of her and depends on her mother, Nomita, who lives in Dhaka and works in houses to support the family.

Bulbuli Akter, Graduating batch 2025

Boroshoshi Mohishbathan Government Primary School

Bulbuli lives in a small village of Panchagarh with her grandparents. Her father passed away from an undiagnosed illness when she was a baby, while her mother lives separately. Her grandmother, Anoara, takes care of her and depends on her grandfather, who works as a farmer to provide for the family.

Suraiya Akhter Meem, Graduating batch 2025

Rupshi Government Primary School

Meem lives with her mother and two sisters in a small village of Rupganj. Her father abandoned them when she was a baby and remarried to start a new family. They now depend on Meem's mother's income, who works in nearby houses to provide for the family.

Rakib Islam, Graduating batch 2026

Lathuapara Government Primary School

Rakib and his brother live in a small village of Panchagarh with their parents. His father is physically disabled as he is paralyzed from the waist down and unable to work. His mother, Ranu, takes care of them and works as a farmer to provide for the family.

Dipto Kumar Odhikari, Graduating batch 2026

Mollikdoh Shialdanga Government Primary School

Dipto and his younger brother live in a small village of Panchagarh with their parents. His father is physically disabled as he lost an entire eye due to bad surgery and is unable to work. His mother, Dipa, takes care of them and works as a rice farmer to provide for the family.

Scholarship Eligibility

Only students who are currently enrolled in Government Primary Schools and fall under any
of the following criteria are eligible to apply
for scholarships

Disabled Father

Student's father is physically unable to work

Single Mother

Student's father is deceased or has abandoned the family

Orphan

Both parents are deceased or have abandoned the child
